24/10/2011 Just a reminder to all members that we will be holding the London marathon draw this Wednesday (26th) for all members that had a rejection letter for next years race. There are three places up for grabs and if you haven't handed in your letter can you please bring it along on Wednesday in order to be in with a chance of a place.
14?10/2011 It is the lads christmas night out on Saturday 3rd Decembe meeting at 19:00 in the blues bar on the barbican. Those that can make it can you bring a £10 deposit to Paul Lovell on the next club night.

04/10/2011 A reminder to all members that it is the start of the cross country season and this sunday is the first event in Redruth, Cornwall. For more information please speak with club captains Ami Yetton and Paul Lovell. In addition please speak with Paul in relation to South West Cross Country Championships taking place on the 8th January 2012 at Bicton Colleeg, near Exmouth.

31/08/2011: Great day out for allof the harriers last sunday with some impressive times at the Sedgemoor 10k. Well done to all. Please remember that this evenings club night we will be meeting in Yelverton at the start of our 6 moor miles race route. If everyone can arrive and be ready to run by 18:45.
